Yoga Classes for Kids

How would it feel to make your child healthier and happier by giving her life skills like self-discipline and body awareness?

  • Yoga for Tots and Yoga for Kids increase mindfulness and focus. Imagine how confident your child will be when she realizes that moving is fun and easy!

Each class is only $10 with no weekly or monthly commitment. Drop-ins welcome!

Yoga for Tots (ages 1-2)

  • Class meets every Friday from 9:45am to 10:15am
  • Caregivers are encouraged to participate
  • Children explore the basic asanas (movements of yoga) through play

Yoga for Tots (ages 2-5)

  • Class meets every Friday from 10:30am to 11:15am
  • Caregivers are welcome to participate; enjoy a coffee next door at Blue Marble or run a quick errand – drop-off for older children available
  • Children build awareness of breath and movement through imaginative instruction

Yoga for Kids (ages 4-9)

  • Class meets every Wednesday from 3:45pm to 4:30pm
  • Caregivers are welcome to participate; enjoy a coffee next door at Blue Marble or run a quick errand – drop-off for older children available
  • Children develop a greater awareness of balance and focus through engaging instruction
