At Pura Vida Urban Fitness, we hear every day how fitness training is making a difference in your life. This is your chance to share your experience…

Whether you’ve noticed that it’s suddenly easier to pick up your 30 lb child or lug your laundry to the Laundromat, whether your legs are stronger and it’s improving your running or you’re able to impress your friends with the number of pull ups you can now do; whether you’re out-playing everyone in the 4th quarter of your weekend hockey game or fitting into the skinny jeans you love, but that you never thought would make it out of the back of your closet – we want to hear and see your success!

Send us (1) a short blurb about how training has improved your fitness levels (what you can do now that you couldn’t do – or found difficult to do – before) and (2) a snap shot of success (a picture of you lifting that child, lugging that laundry, running, doing pull ups, playing hockey, wearing those fantastic skinny jeans… you get the idea).

At the end of every month, we will gather all submissions and choose our top three favorites to receive a $25 account credit (that’s 2 classes FREE if you purchase a 20 pack).

You can use your credit toward any of our services and packages at Pura Vida Urban Fitness. We’ll do a quick feature of you in a blog post – so make sure you own all the rights to the photo you provide (doesn’t have to be anything fancy – you could even take a snap shot with your smartphone). You can send in a photo and blurb every month, but it can’t be a duplicate of the previous month. Can’t wait to see what you’ve been up to with your improved fitness levels!
