You gave us some wonderful feedback, and we’ve made a few changes to our class schedule that we hope will make our classes even more accessible.
We’ve cancelled 1pm Rope and Core; however, in there stead, we will be offering two 45 minute Indoor Bootcamps at 12:15pm on Tuesday and Thursday, as well as 3 6am Outdoor Bootcamps at 6am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We ask that you sign up in advance for all morning and mid-day bootcamps. And of course, you can still drop-in or sign up online for 7am Indoor Bootcamp on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 6pm Bootcamp on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Starting Saturday, August 20th from 1:30pm to 2:30pm, we’ll be having Yoga for Kids! Kids ages 6 to 10 are welcome to join us. The class will be lead by instructor Sarah Pachelli.
And, starting on Sunday, August 21st from 10:15 to 11:15, we’ll be having pre-natal yoga. All moms to be are welcome! The class will be lead by instructor Melissa Bourgeois.
