Weight Loss for Women is a small group class that is designed specifically to help women lose weight through exercise and nutrition.
We’re absolutely certain that this method works. If it doesn’t work for you, we’re willing to give you back your money.
The program runs for 3 months and members meet bi-monthy (Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm). In addition to group meet ups, you’ll have access to a coach via email (and a reply within 24-hours to your questions), access to 2 bootcamps and 1 yoga class a week, nutrition and exercise guidelines to follow on your days off, and community support from your friends in the group.
