Pura Vida Urban Fitness Trainer, Alex Varga, will get you lunging, jumping, crawling, running, and squatting. You’ll definitely be sweating and you’ll probably even be sucking wind, or at the very least groaning with effort.
Alex, a former dancer and always active individual, is a long time group fitness enthusiast and she has the encyclopedic knowledge of exercise selection to prove it.
What can you expect at Alex’s class? Circuits, circuits, circuits. You’ll get in plenty of cardio and a full-body strength workout – sometimes with equipment, sometimes without, but always a challenge.
You can take Alex’s class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7am or Saturdays at 9am.
