Early Bird Challenge
November's challenge is designed to help you keep your fitness up preceding the Holidays.
We know it's getting a little darker (and a little harder to wake up and commit to getting your workouts in), so we challenge you to join us at 6am.
When you make it in for 12 6am classes in the month of November, we'll give you a free week in December. (Keep in mind when planning out your class schedule that we'll be closed on Thanksgiving, as well as the day before and after; classes with no one signed up before 9pm the night before are cancelled - so get yourself on the schedule!).
Yoga for Tots - in Spanish
Starting this Friday (11/15) at 10am: join us for a fun and engaging yoga class for kids ages 18 months to 5 years; class taught in Spanish, but no previous knowledge of the language (or of yoga) is required.
